Neck care tips

Tip 1: Avoid Make-up on the Neck
When you apply make-up on your face, stop where the neck starts. Apply foundation just over the jaw line. If there is obvious contrast between the face and the neck color, it means you are using the wrong color foundation. You need to change to a shade closer to your skin’s own tone.

Tip 2: Don't Keep Your Head and Neck in one position for too long.

If you talk on the phone for hours on end with your head to one side, or work on the computer for long periods, this is for you. Take a chair be seated, then look up to the ceiling. But do not open your mouth and do not make any other movements, now the stretch that you feel in your neck is going to benefit you. Then after you have made your pose, start to chew with your mouth open. This exercise is beneficial to improve the posture.

Tip 3: Drink Adequate Amount of Water daily.
Insufficient water in the body will lead to dryness, tightness, and flakiness in the neck skin. Dry skin is more prone to wrinkling. Tip 6: Take Vitamins and Minerals regularly.

Tip 7: Massage the neck.

The muscles in your neck can be exercised and strengthened just like other muscles in your body. Plus, exercise will improve your neck's range of motion. Check with your health care provider before doing neck exercises, however, and stop at once if any movement causes you pain.
