Tips for a Healthy body


Tip 1: Exercise daily even for only 10 minutes.
If you think you're too busy to exercise, try this experiment: For one day, schedule a time to work out, and then stick to it—even if you can exercise for only 10 minutes. "At the end of the day, ask yourself if you were any less productive than usual, the answer will probably be no—and your favorite excuse will be gone. Make this a priority - even a 45-minute period of sustained activity every day will help you keep your body alert and optimized.

Tip 2: Less Stress better Health.
Stress Affects Health. Because stress can impact our health in so many ways, committing ourselves to effective stress management is one of the best things we can do to promote our own overall health. Engaging in regular exercise, eating right, getting enough sleep, and other self-care measures can relieve stress, but bring us overall health benefits we can sometimes feel right away. Feelings of regret or worry about a past event, or worry and anxiety about an upcoming future event are not only a waste of your precious life time. Tip 3: Review your eating plan.
Prevention is the key, and maintenance of a target weight can be as easy as incorporating more fruits and vegetables (preferably organic), eating whole grains and pulses, focusing on fresh rather than processed foods, and shopping at your local farmer's market. Keeping strong bones, healthy skin, good teeth, and feeling well means making sure what goes into your body is the best available food and drink

Tip 4: Avoid Smoking and drinking.
The health benefits of quitting smoking are immediate. After 20 minutes, your blood pressure and pulse return to normal. After 24 hours, your lungs start to clear. After three days you can breathe more easily, and your energy increases. Tip 5: Schedule a regular checkup with your doctor or health care provider.
 An annual pap smear, blood and urine tests, and an overall assessment of your health will help with your maintenance plan. Put fears to rest, make a list of questions, and get honest, expert opinions from a trusted source.

Tip 6: Healthy diet and nutrition.
Health care practitioners will tell you that you have to provide your physical body with high quality fuel if you want it to run properly. Eat a healthy, chemical-free diet high in vital nutrients. Take the herbal and vitamin supplements that will support you in your good health.

Tip 7: Surround yourself with a great support system (family, friends).
Keep yourself surrounded from every side with positive-minded, healthy people who are on YOUR team - People who will care for, support, love, respect, and appreciate you. What you put out does come back. So if you want to feel and look great, monitor your thoughts closely to ensure that you are thinking only positive, forwarding thoughts. If you catch yourself thinking a negative thought, simply turn it around into a positive thought.

Tip 8: Drink Green Tea and have Some Honey.
Hot or iced, green tea can help rev up your workout. Its catechins, antioxidants, and caffeine help increase the metabolic generation of heat. Drink a cup about 10 minutes before exercising. Research suggests that honey may be more effective than over-the-counter cough syrup at quelling nighttime coughing. Use a medicinal-grade variety such as manuka honey and take up to 2 teaspoonful’s at bedtime.

Tip 9: Hydrate.
